Actually, I was anticipating it being titled as a 33, but when he pulled the title out it said 1932 Ford, and he said, "oh, I guess it's a 32, not a 33, do you still want it?" :D

I'll have to check out Fordbarn. I have to admit, I am pretty dumb about '32 Fords. My Dad had this one when I was was 10, but it is hard to remember back that far.

So I have to learn a lot more about them now!

  12. nice find, That would be hard to leave alone. Dropped axle , some banger speed parts, wouldn't chop it( but hard to resist doing it) some bigs-n-littles(blackwalls) . Do the mechanicals... Have Fun ! ps , ditch the sealbeam conversions

Please do a prewar style rod with it!!!!!!!

  16. I would have no problem hotrodding that baby. Everything was original once. What's the big deal? Just sell off the rest of your junk to clear way for a real hotrod project. Why are you guys so soft on this hotrod site? I swear, some of you guys are on the wrong site.

  17. what a lady !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  18. Yes, looking at his list of cars I see nothing that even SHOULD be in front of the 32!

  19. What a great find and lucky you.
Do what ever you want with it, it's your car.
If you have enough projects already, keep it stock.
My Model A coupe is stock because of too many projects and lack of money.
The money left is spend on cars that were found in bad shape like my 39 Mercury coupe.

    Eight step program

1 Fix any engine drive-train issues
2 Adjust or reline brakes (no juice)
    3 Remove bumper guards
4 Replace sealed beam conversion with stock lights, Use "brite" bulbs from Ron Francis.

5,6,7 Wash vacuum polish (carefully) just enough to preserve paint and......

    8 ENJOY

Go through the brakes and mechanicals and enjoy it. Looking at the fenders, it's been through a few "park by sound" episodes.

I'd probably enjoy it for awhile, get tempted to tear it completely down and build a Hot Rod, but then feel bad. Then I'd sell it and the NOS parts to a V-8 club member and go shopping for a Hot Rod project (body and frame).

Chop the top 8 or 9 inches,Channel the body over the frame as far as you can' Sand the paint off so you can get a cool rusty patina,Military tread tires. COOL MAN!
