Banjo Axle Sleeve Machining source near Detroit ??

So, I've just about decided I'm not finding any "perfect" wheel bearing surfaces on used banjo tubes, and I'm going to have to have sleeves installed on my tube's bearing surfaces. Anyone know of a machine shop in the Detroit/Flint area that has experience doing this ? Need a BIG lathe and an old codger machinist !! What did it cost ? Thanks !
