I'm too young for the older generation of cars to have made an impression on me in my youth... but this horrible made-for-TV movie had some of the cars that shaped my youth! The little speedster was neat, but that 'Vette was a monster! (Finally found a copy of this movie after looking for years too!)

Brad Pit was sooo young too.. Probably one of his earliest film appearances..

(Correction) just looked it up... not one of his earliest.. he was in some movie called "Hunk" as a small part character in 1987.. but man was he young..

Yeah.. I have to admit it.. it's pretty darn cool. I have the special editiopn BB DVD, there is a whole background story on the car in that version, including the reasons for it's indestructability (and personality)

I think it could take Batman's Tumbler lol!

That four door Fairlane with bias ply tires in the 1974 "Gone In 60 Seconds" was awesome? You notice how it had no problem keeping up with the Mustang?

Coolest thing re Corvette Summer was the right drive conversion. If I were able to locate the correct pedal brackets, steering box, and steering arms, there'd be a right drive 40 pickup in my garage !!!!!!!!! Ford DID make export versions, (ak righthand drive) for the South America markets.
