Event Coverage $$$ Bad Bob does VIVA!!!! $$$

I got off early so I could meet up with JustplainJ at the 15 and the 10 frwy. The traffic was horrible,OF COURSE! We hung around at a gas station,to let the traffic die down a little,but that didn't work,so we just decided to make a run for it!!!
Here's what it looked like when I got on the frwy...

SUDDENLY....My car dies!!!


As I try to figure out what the problem was,Jim goes off to pee!!!


Yep....my support team,off under the bridge...


We sat there for about 30mins,then it fired up and we were off and running!!!!

 

YES!! I am GLUED to this chair now!

Stopped for gas,oil and a pit-stop...


Don't know when the speed limit changed to 70! Haven't been to Vegas in a LOOOOONG time...

FINALLY,we saw another car going to Vegas!!!








We caught back up to them,then stopped for some grub and more gas...

 

I really wanted a pic in front of a Casino,with all the lights! But,this is the best I could do...

We finally got some rooms. My wife booked us in the "Compton area" of Vegas!!!! So I cancelled the rooms,cause neither one of us were "packing",and were started looking for another Hotel. Motel 6....$49!!! YEEHAW!!!!

 

Jim's one of those,get up at noon kinda guys,so I got up at 5am and started cleaning off the Merc and took some shots his his Coupe...
