I got off old cars a couple years ago after my beloved 62 Falcon Ranchero got murdered by an SUV with cell phone...hit me so hard it left a quarter mile of rubber on the road, tore the seat rails out of the floor. Driving beater pickups now for my mule and donkey operation here in the Chihuahuan Desert, working on restoring and re-bodying a 1910 Concord buggy, watching for my dream ranch truck to apppear- maybe in a collapsed barn somewhere? Still a fan of hot rod action....couldn't stay away. Dos Zetas (2Z) is my cow brand and nom de plume here on the border. Zach
And what's the perfect ranch truck?...Oh, a 57-60 Ford, long bed, 56-60 chev long bed stocker, 37-46 Chev.... I watch the HAMB classifieds... Duplicating my gand dad's 35 Ford one ton pickup is a dream project...nine foot bed, custom push bumper, 37 Chev headlamps...it was a beauty.
