Av8?

I've seen a lot of threads talking about building an AV8. I've tried a google and HAMB search and came up empty. I feel really dumb asking this question, but what exactly is an AV8?

I like AV8's Mine is getting close to being a real car...

 

The strictest definition is a Model A body on a Model A frame with flathead V8 running gear. However, that definition seems to have been stretched in recent times to include a 1932 frame. Once, itc would have automatically meant a roadster or maybe a coupe, but now includes sedans, pickups etc.
