AV8 Headers

Building an AV8 with a late flathead on an A frame. Not much space between engine and rails, especially on the drivers side with the vega gear box. What exhaust headers have you guys found that work and are tight to the engine? Fentons say they wont work on A frames. Does anyone build something that works?

 

want to go with under the frame exhaust and not lake pipes.

 

I have Red's headers. I notched the frame alittle on one side.

Buy the headers and build around them or build your headers around what you have.

 

I have two av8's and use Sanderson center dumps and both have vega steering, don't have a picture of them installed but here is a picture before setting the engine in.
