There was a 'junk sale' at a place gone-out-of-business in Merced. The guy did 'street rod' and 'lowrider' stuff. I dropped by, and was surprised at the 'junk'. Every car he had put Mustang ll in left their axles, springs, and brakes there... I got two '40 Ford front ends (axles, wishbones, springs, spindles, brakes) and a '38 Chev axle complete with springs, brakes! Guy was a hard deal...$10 for each. I thanked him, and he took me around back and gave me some old 15" & 16" steel wheels... And helped me load 'em!
What !!!! No.....is this an early Aprils Fools ? Come on ten dollars each ? Did he let ya' goose his wife too ? Drink his beer ?
