Hey guys, does anyone know what sixties era Ford had a bolt on accessory style water pump? Like a generator would bolt on. I used to have one but I can't find it and can't remember what it was off of.
    Thanks.

    Getting ready for Georgetown too.
Taking the '31 Cabriolet. New brakes over the weekend cast iron drums too.
Staying in Idaho Springs, leaving Wednesday going up US 285 to I-70 anyone else on the way?

At the house in NM ready to go. Notice the 'New Mexico Rake' it changes based on if you are traveling up hill or down hill.

    The business end.
I'll try to photo document and keep an eye out for other fellow H.A.M.B. Bangers.

I am planning on being in Georgetown for the Hillclimb. Unfortunately I will not have my banger there. Hope to have it done for next year. I will keep an eye out for winduptoy and dennis4x4.Looking forward to meeting some HAMBers in person!!

Use the Model A box if it's in good condition , put a short drop arm on if the effort is too much, or just use the Armstrong power steering you were born with. Option 2 is a F1 box, which will require some engineering to adapt , it's a marriage of F1 and Model A parts.... read the Bishop Tardel book, or search the HAMB for details...There are others which will work , but F1 is the most common conversion.

  17. My vote is the F1 box! (just like power steering!) Feels so safe too! A guy on the Ford barn sells them ready to bolt right in, I think you will still have to move it back though.

  18. Yeah, take that extra weight off there!;) I love this coupe! Great job!

  19. Just did a 20 + foot, Power burn out without dropping the clutch or touching the brakes!
I'm just about ready for my first hill climb race![IMG] [IMG]

  22. I've seen it before on Don Pennington early drag racing decals and or on Coupe custom decals.
    Good luck!

  24. I'm positive I've seen it on Don Pennington, in fact I've even book marked it a few months back to get a pre war (circa 31) Cragar equipped decal. I just checked it and now it's been closed by GoDaddy!
I wish I would've bought the decals when I seen them, then at least I would've had an invoice to go back and get a phone number from!

I checked the waybackmachine but it does not archive the forums, its cool to see all the old front pages of JJ though.

I would think that Ryan has it in a backup, maybe if you ask nice he can find it for you.

I Googled V4f Jalopy Journal and it came up as the second find and I right clicked and saved it, so I didn't actually find the decal, sorry.
