There's an article in the April Hot Rod, called Broad Appeal, old pin-up shots. There are a couple pics from August '56 labled "Swanx Caravan" that they don't know where the pics came from- one has a guy in full Brylcreme, in a club jacket, the name on the jacket looks like "Jerry"- could this be your club? BTW, I'm around the corner in Napa, and put on the Skip Long show in July, maybe you guys would like to come- send me a message
After describing the club jacket in the pic to a Long family member, it appears that it is indeed and old-style from the Swanx Vallejo club, and a few old-time members do attend our show- check out that HotRod mag picture
