Stupid question but I can’t find info anywhere. Anyone know what the Ashtray bracket top mount screw size on a 51 Mercury?

    Thanks!

  3. I can’t help with the screw size but I like the roof paint (?) not sure exactly what’s going on there but it looks good in that pic. The whole thing looks great.

To keep it nice and traditional, make sure one is a "slot" head and one a "phillips" head, just like my grandpa used to.

You could check with Chris over at https://shoebox-central.com/ he's got almost everything for these years of Fords and Mercurys.

It’s not painted yet. That’s just the metal work of the chop. Paint will come someday and I’m not broke haha
