Technical Anything to save on 46 4spd

Open drive looks bigger than 3 spd . Anything worth saving other than fastners?

 

Someone might want it for their truck. Sounds like it might be a truck 4 speed. Any pics?

 

If your trans is the one with a detachable bell housing, that part has been used by some as the basis for an adapter.
I think there is at least one thread here about that..maybe more.

 

no its all 1 piece . ive seen a truck 4 speed on kijiji for years at $50 so I think I will just salvage the fasteners and scrap it. thanks for the reply.

You can unbolt the part that bolts to the front of the case and use it to put a 5 speed behind the early flathead. Replaces the adapter Speedway sells if you put a 1" aluminum plate drilled for both patterns on it, have one in the garage but can't get a picture of it, broken foot and on a walker. Found pictures online.
