History Anyone try to create this 54 Belair?

I followed a link from someone here on the HAMB which took me to HEMMINGS article on custom rooflines. I saw this and have fallen in love with the way this 54 Belair looks. Has anyone ever tried to recreate this look? Is this a real photo?

I'm only guessing here, but I think that's a rendering by the artist and not a photo. It's cool as hell nonetheless.

No guessing required--Google search "Dan Palatnik" and you will see the spectacular array of cars he's modeled in 3D. He does the occasional kustom/phantom concept too.
*Edit* That roofline kind of reminds me of a Dodge Wayfarer, but fancier.
