Anyone know where this car is today ??? Would kinda like to know ??
I have not seen it, glad to see you posting though!!!
Really nice. And ditto to what @Moriarity said.
Thought I saw it on craigslist a couple of years back.
I'll bet that's a blast to drive!
Great to see you here!
That is a super nice looking, and detailed T Roadster...but I find it a little "era" confusing.
The Model A wheels suggest a 20s/30s Gow Job, but the paint is definitely a 30s/40s track roadster look...and the interior is a little too modern I think some 16 inchers (wide 5s, '35 wires, '40 rims) would tie things in a little better...but what do I know? I'm an idiot
Actually those are 21 inch Model T wheels
Yes, I stand corrected. Now that I look at the wheels, they appear to have Model T 9" hubs, as opposed to the 28/29 Model A 10-1/2" hubs
Any progress on your T project Jim?
See Jack, you answered your own question from post #8.
LMAO It's more like I just verified it
I'm not much into model Ts, but I'd love to see some more photos of that! I like it!
It is clean, simple, and well thought out.
Body is dramatically stretched , appears to be 16" -18". Proportions still look good.
WOW, I didn't notice that body extension between the cowl and door. That's a great example of "design execution" of a major body modification that flows, rather than stands out.
Maybe a dumb question since I don't know the car but the hood says "Special-T" and not "Simple T", is that the name? Might help with searches on the internet.
Is this after you sold it?
Great video! Thanks for the fun ride. Man, a guy would really have to stay focused to drive that little beauty.
Yes that’s after i owned it , looks like. They did good 11. I want it back ???
AT 90 PERCENT DONE I SILD THE ENTIRE PROJECT ( HEALTH JUST WONT LET ME DO SOME OF THE REQUIRED FINISH ETC ). HOPEFULLY SOME ONE IN INDIAN IS DRIVING THE WHEELS OFF THE CAR …
WHO DID THE VIDEO ??? WISH TO CONTACT THE OWNER ????
Dave grassie, video was posted 6
Years ago and he hasn’t posted anything on you tube in about 4 years.
there’s another one or two videos on his account of the t
Who dropped that axle? WOW
Dave Pratt Martinsville Indiana takes two axles and forge welds a 8 inch drop !! Made the spindles with correct Ackerman etc . No longer makes them >>>>
Great to see you posting Jim. The flathead electronic ignition conversion you helped me set up a bunch of years ago is still cranking along. All the best.
Bttt. Still looking
Unfortunately, this appears to be the guy who made the videos:
One of my favorite builds on here. A lot of the pictures are missing, but enough meat and potatoes of the "Simple T" coming together:
Looks like Dave grassie has passed away . Anyone know him or family etc ????? Stilllooking for car thanks to all for the help ………………
