Wondering if there is a volt gauge made to fit original 32 ford dash panel. I think it is around 1-7/8"? Most aftermarket gauges are 2-1/16" min.

Yes you are correct that most are 2-1/16" mounting hole. Maybe you could mount from the rear so that the dial is shown through the hole and the bezel behind. That would probably work
