Anyone know who made these or what they are from?

I picked these up at the local college swap meet.. 8 bucks for the pair. They dont have any markings on them (no names, numbers, anything) not even a screw hole to keep them in place. And I havent seen them come to a point like that... any help?

 

I believe those are Maund scoops. 8 bucks is a good deal.

They are made in Australia.

They should have a very small set screw on the back.

They sure look like the Aussie ones to me, but they normally have a grub screw.....
