Just got this 47 Ford a couple weeks ago. Looks to be an older rod. Just looking to see if anyone knows about it. It came from southern Florida. Has louvered hood and old style roll and pleated interior. I am in the process of changing the wheels and doing the body work. Hope to make it an older looking rod like it was. They replaced the door latches with bear claws and shaved the door handles. Trying to figure out how to reinstall the handles.
Don't know the car but it's a cool find. Whats your plans besides ditching the extra taillights and dashboard?
I have already removed the extra taillights and the spots. I will replace the steering wheel and the billit in the dash soon. This thing runs and drives great. Heading to Louisville in it Wednesday night for the Nats.
