Nice ride!.There was a turquoise 48 fastback that was chopped in the early 80's.

As far as the spots go,if you're going to do dummy spots,PLEASE use the Kustom Kraft repo Appletons.Or search Ebay for real 112's.

  19. I may be all wet, but as I stated before....I believe this car was used in a very early issue of Hot Rod Deluxe or Old Skool Rodz on the inside BACK Cover...I'm not sure if it was an ad for the magazine, or for a product or for filler....I believe it showed a guy zonked out behind the wheel and the car was absolutely in primer in the photo....Get your magazines out and let's get to the bottom of this thing....Centurion9

  25. WE had a bright yellow chopped 49 or 50 here in the Omaha area back in the 80s. I seriously doubt it was the same car as this one sat on a rake, had all the oogly JC whitney add-ons and the chop looked a little awkward. Had a complete white tuck 'N roll interior with Lancer caps and wide whites..

Do we have a winner? This thing was in a shit load of mags in the early 80s. Anyone have one of those Custom Car Annuals from 82 83 or 84 around? By the way, Timothy Whites car was and is an earlier body style. It was a 49 or 9. I striped his stering wheel.
