Hot Rods Anyone in the Central Valley CA

I have a 1650 sqft shop in Manteca...two roll up doors, office, and bathroom. Great secure location. I currently use it for old car and motorcycle hobby/business. I don't need all the space so looking for like minded hobbyist or small business to share the space. Not looking to make it a clubhouse or hangout! No drugs, no drinking....well maybe happy hour! I will even help you on your projects!
