anyone heard of reed cams in Stockbridge?

hi All i want to get my Desoto Hemi cam ground (it needs it) so has anyone heard of reed cams in stockbridge?also does anyone have advice for me on a better grind than stock a little bit of mild performance should be good.What sort of extra kick will i get with it................Marq

 

Yep... I live about 15 miles [ km??? ] from there. I had them put a Winfield grind on a flathead cam a few years ago, and it runs nice! Need a phone#? -Mike

I had them do a regrind when they were by P'tree DeK airport. Reed moved down there so he could fly from Mallard's Landing, an airplane community. He died in a plane crash and I don't know who's running it now.

 

had a reed cam in my altered in the late 60s. ran like jack the bear.

i had one in my 425 olds years back ran great. if i recall correctly,he learned the trade from crane cams

 

Running a Reed cam in my SBC oval track engine that's in my '36 Chevy coupe.

It's a brute, good power band. It's mechanical flat tappet. I'd get another in a NY minute.
