Folks Of Interest Anyone have the scoop on Steve Gibbs? Is he sick?

Heard he wasn't at CHHR because he was sick. Then I heard someone post somewhere they hope he pulled through.
So what's the story?
Cold?
Flu?
Or something worse?
I talked to Dean Lowe at the NHRA museum (he heard the same story as I did) & neither of us knew the story.
So what have you heard?
Hoping it's nothing serious.
I did a search & all I found is he was sick

 

I just called his cell # and it went to voice mail which is typical. Then I tried his home # and it went to voice mail with a full box. That isn't typical. As long as I have known Steve he has never been sick to my knowledge. I will try to find out more and will be following this thread.

 

GOOD NEWS!!!

Steve is doing fine. He got ill on Friday at CHRR and did not go back Sat/Sun. causing concern from those who know him. He would have had to be feeling reaaaaaaallllly bad to miss it since he pretty much runs it.
