Technical Anyone ever put a '36 Ford clip on a '37

Found a decent '37 Coupe with no front sheet metal...looking for '37 fenders and hood but '36 stuff keeps popping up...I know the hoods operate differently, but just wondering if anyone had any experience with this...ever done this??
