    Bringing this one back to life.After sitting for years it needs some refreshing.Going to leave the v-6 auto in it .Never realized how much a wheel and tire combo changes a car.Mags and blackwalls it's a rod, wide whites and it's a semi custom.

    I'm working on my '60 Chrysler NewYorker at the moment.
    Got the complete drivetrain removed and this will be replaced with mid-60's parts... 440/alum. pushbut.727/8-3/4
    Will also install a periodcorrect Longram intake-system on the engine.

    Also doing a little cleaning and painting on the underside of the car while everything is/was gone;

    Maybe taking the mild custom-route, I might want to have a lace-paintjob done on the roof of this one oneday;
    Got a Green MetalFlake Mooneyes steeringwheel on the way at the moment.

    dude, youre garage is tits! I love looking at a fully "developed" garage thats been lived in. All the random parts and motors and shit. Someday I hope to have something just like what you have. Your cars are cool, but Im jealous of the garage. Nice work!

    I think this is the oldest "live" thread I've ever seen.
    My ol' man has a '49 Plymouth SD 4door with a flathead 6, sitting in the yard. Thinking about taking it off his hands and running it like it is (after a brake job).

    Great looking cars on here.

    A little new for the HAMB but she runs great. I bought it as a parts car for my 67 but it drives so good I can't bear to part it out.

    How about a 48 coupe?
    [IMG]

    A 42 Dodge business coupe?
    [IMG]

    A 33 Plymouth PD coupe? Ignore the 48 Dodge pu in the photo. The engine and trans from that one goes into my 42 Dodge coupe,and the pu is for sale.

    [IMG]

    And my 37 Dodge 1-ton pu. It is also my avatar.

    [IMG]

    I also have a 47 DeSoto coupe,a 33 Dodge 4dr,and a 56 DeSoto 4dr,but they don't count because they are for sale

    They were last month,and I had no trouble getting a email response from them. I plan on getting a head and a cam from them to run on the 48 Dodge pu engine that I will be putting into my 42 Dodge coupe.

    I've got a 330 in a 56 DeSoto that I would sell you,but NC is a long ways from Idaho. With shipping what it is today,you need to find one closer

    It's a rare old Mopar that doesn't have at least one of those little stainless pieces missing. When you buy one,make sure you buy one for the left side of the car because the one on the right side is different.

    Once you find one,go to the web site below and buy the correct trim clips to hold it on,or you will be sorry. These short pieces use different clips than the longer pieces.
