So speedway offers their conversion kit for 49-53 flatheads, but does anyone have any experience in adapting an earlier flathead to a c4 trans?

Not to an early flatty, but to a buick nailhead...my only hope is that this combo is going in a light rod cuase if its going in a heavy customs, youll melt the clutch packs every few weeks...

These conversions work great may not be traditional as a 39 box but you will think you added a blower to your motor , I did one in a 29 roadster really liked it.
