Technical Anybody recognize this hood scoop?

As the title says, anybody know what this is off of?

Looks a little too wide and low for the Cougar, Maverick scoop.

 

Looks aftermarket to me. A company called Willpak makes some with that style in various sizes.

 

I'm thinking Fox body Mustang also...this is from a 1983.

 

Thanks! I knew it looked familiar, just couldn't quite place it... Anybody have dimensions? Are these plastic/fiberglass?
