Anybody know Herb from Eugene, Oregon?

No, I'm not talking about "kind" herb.

Herb was a NAVY Machinist way back, was into front-engined dragsters, engine building and aircraft engines (among other things).

Not sure of his last name. Ring a bell with anybody?

 

I know they smoke alot of herb in Eugene

 

I remember Wendy's was looking for him back in the '80s along with their "Where's the Beef" commercials.

Seriously though, good luck finding him!
