Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by rustyironman, Jan 16, 2021.

  1. What width are Ford Model A Piston Rings #A-6153-CR? Also what is the same number but a "ER" suffix?

An old 1928 -1934 Partsfinder Handbook I have, lists a 18-6153-CR ring (oil control) .015 over and a 18-6153-ER ring (oil control) .045 over, for V-8 motors. The 6153 number for Model A, has a GR, HR or JR suffix.
