Ahh! That brings back memories of doing mine wheeldog! And yes, it's a tight one! Just takes lots of study and contemplation plus measuring twice (or even three!) times and cutting once. Good Luck! Regards, Dave.

Thanks! One of the MANY pieces that will get finish welded when the mockup is finally done and I blow the whole car apart! Regards, Dave.

Gonna try and pull out every upholstry nail in the '30 coupe body's wood... lots of 'em...

  6. Going foraging for a carburetor tomorrow. Fleet account I deal with has a few takeoffs from trucks he has bought over the years.

Not auto related, but I got my hall tree back from my older sister who's moving to Portland. Been in the family forever. She didn't have room for it in the new place, so I took custody. [IMG]

    Super... a real family tree...
Saturday ; i pulled all the upholstry nails from my '30 coupe, had been done twice, second guy hammered the 1st's tacks flush... i tore out all i could...
Sunday ; i come-alonged [4] the body off the frame and set on a rack so i can weld the bottom side of my rear floor kick ups...
'35 -'36 door as cowl patches next... but lameness in my hands, arms, shoulders and neck have thrown in today's towell...

Still doing something every night on the '29 Steelback, weekly flea market every Sunday allows me to buy stuff to flip and fund the build. Bob

  17. Last week, did the front sway bar on my '59 Ford. This week the new 3.89 limited slip showed up and went in yesterday.

Grind down a few welds and put some seam sealer on the floor in the Falcon, make some seat braces, install them, and the seat belt mounts. If there is any time, a little light gunsmithing.

I think Fitchburg will have better stuff, please do a full photo report, I've never been there. CSRA swap is a real tradition for me, I've pulled a lot of good stuff out of there over the years. Hope the date change doesn't mess up things. Bob

Since I sold my 31 5 window Chevy a few yrs back I've had the itch to build or buy a partially built coup again just can't get them out of my blood but first I half to finish my 57 sedan I've been working on for 5 yrs lol today I'll be finishing up the disc brake swap and new steering parts, upper and lower BJ inner and outer TR plus new bushing in the drag link I've already got the A-arms redone but as soon as I get this project done I'll be looking for another 5 window to build or rework to my style lol

  30. I have the NNL East on Saturday (big model car show) and may make it back in time for a cruise night. Other than that I may wash the Ford and vacuum it out. Also need to start specing out an electric fan.
