Here's what happens to a new 1941 Murc when it hits head on with a 1929 Whippet at over 80 mph

Well Ken,.. heres another one for your collection,... where "lil' Bastard" was towed,... if you look closely you can see the Ford that hit him behind it.

This was a good friend of Frank Mack,... (in fact the wreck is on Frank's trailer and at Frank's house on 8mi. & Randall) This was Bob Vivian's A-V8 A drunk hit him at the crest of a hill on 9mi. Bob was thrown clear but still got really messed up,... His passenger didn't do as well.

  9. Does anybody see something strange with the James Dean crash pictures? In one picture the drivers side head light is smahed and in another the passenger side is smashed.

Is this Bruce Blair's wreck? (Don Blair's brother, who died at the lakes in what may be this roadster in the '40's).

The real "old girls" don't stand up too well in a collision.

Photos are the result of two different street racing crashes from 1967 that happened to guys I knew.

'63 Chevrolet 327 4-speed. Door was knocked off in crash. Driver suffered broken shoulder and several broken ribs.

1967 GTO 4-speed. Driver walked away with only a few cuts and bruises.

  26. Good thread.

The GTO is a 66 by the way. Don't feel bad if you do not know the difference, Hot Rod magazine doesn't know either.

Here's some of my dad's 56 F100, Apparently it went end over end several times before it came to a rest on the roof. You can see his "Chas Mo" on the door.

Grandpa was not happy as it wasn't the first he wrecked. I've got pictures at home of some other cars he wrecked. As well as a bunch of AD Chevy's I've collected over the years, I'll try to scan some in and add em.
