I will try to find the picture I took of a 40 with a rear seat made from the rear seat out of a Ford F150 extended cab. He had used just the wide half. Looked nice. I used the rear seat out of a small Datsun many years ago when our boys were small. Worked pretty good.

  3. This one is home made. I built the frame work and had it upholstered. Not much room but it's a place to throw your jacket or put a cooler back there.

Pretty tight fit when the seat backs are up.

Here ya go. The back seat of the 4 doors looks a bit like a love seat.

nyway, in my 39 Deluxe I used a rear seat from a 64-66 Thunderbird. It is a wrap around seat, and the curve fits very well in the 39-40 Fords. The bottom was slid under the back, not much room for the full bottom. Anyway, they make a good looking seat for these cars

don't have pics but I used the back seat out of a bronco (late 70's/early 80's vintage) in one. folds down for trunk access. not a ton of legroom, but will accomodate kids in the back with a 6 foot fat guy behind the wheel.
