Any one know the owner/builder of this Chevy truck?

Just trying to get some information about this pic

Owner/Builder/Photographer if possible..

 

I believe thats the Salinas Boyz (Cole Foster) shop truck, but they have sold it since to another guy...

 

That's not Coles old truck. He chopped his. It is now Jesse James property.

 

So, any idea who owns or built it? Cole Foster has been eliminated form the possibilities.

 

I've seen photos of it before somewhere but don't remember where.

It looks to have a Camaro subframe or MII under it but other than that and being nosed it looks pretty stock bodied.
