Tired of killing them. I’ve had a cheapy one for about a year. Longest I have had one without burning it up because it wasn’t set right. When I owned a restaurant I remember trying to troubleshoot a triple phase steam table. Melted that puppy quick. . I truely have no clue how to properly use one.
