Uncleandy 65, First J wagon I can recall seeing.
I just brought this '52 home after a long, long sleep in the garage. Check out the ultra rare back window wing glass! Need to find some rockers... otherwise a very solid old girl.
Yes, I don't know if they made it or it is a real one. Bill
HJ did not do a wagon. There are a couple around, will try and find pics from years ago.
The one above is a Scott Sullivan build. I like it better with the Real Rodder Wheels. The bumper on the ground makes it look like it should be in the cars movie.
Yeh, the red steelies and wide whites really threw me to!
The Hal look fits Scotts M.O. better.
The real trick is how he stretched the wheelbase and took the metal out of the area between wheel and bumper, kinda like how they do on 53-56 ford trucks.
I'm sure the photo will get deleted so check that area out before it does.
A Local Racer...
Thought just occurred to me that I don't think I've ever seen a stock J on the road in the 50's. I would have been 7 in '55, I knew of them from magazines..
This is my project Henry J. Been working on it for a year now.
Trying to get mine on the road this year
