Just found after a long slumber. About 92 Blick brand brushes. These brushes are very expensive new. 19 bottles of paint Thinner, stirrers, hand steady rod, etc etc. The tool box is definitely striped Hot Rod style, probably done by the artist. Looks like the guy put it all away ready to use again and never did. I'm not sure how old this stuff is but the paint is apparently all good! I'm sure the paint is not what is available now! All the brushes are soft. They all have an oily protective dip? on them. One note on age: the box with the steady rods has notes on New York Maximum vehicle weight letters. This system was painted on every commercial truck in NY in the '50s. I believe it was discontinued in the early '60s. The striping on the box is amazing. This seems like a real opportunity to the right person.
