A while back I asked to see some pictures of 235 chevy's with three carbs on them. Now I would like to know what carbs I should use and what engine mods did you do in order to run three carbs. Did you have to use a hot cam, bigger bore, etc. ? Thanks

I'm no pro. But i believe you only need the intake and 3 carbs to do it.

I used the rochesters but there was a process to make them work right, removing the soft plugs on the top side of the carb and drilling the air jet. I don't remember exactly but I think that the Carters are easier to work with. I am using a clifford intake with a four barrell now.

  5. As far as Carters go, I believe the Carter YF 964S is used for multiples on the the 235. The 964S was originally designed for the 216 but seems to work well in this set up on the 235s.
