Technical Another small block Chevy needs to be identified

Need help identifying another smallblock Chevy. Block casting 3782780. The numbers on the front pad are FOIO5HH. Thanks

 

casting number shows it to be a 327 block, and the casting date on the back of the block will let you know for sure what year it is. Letter, follosed by two to four numbers. The last number is the last digit of the year it was cast. So it would be something like A 1 6 or L 29 6 or something. Since the block was assembled Jan 5th, if the letter is A, it was cast in January, if it's L, it was cast in December
