Just a few shots of my buddy Lenny's '51 I have been chopping. Nothing special, just a mild 4 in chop, slanted pillars.

Those are the closest to full side shots I have right now. When I'm done I'll roll it out and get some good ones.

Very Impressive. Nice to see a great job without a ton of filler needed. Nice stance.

Thanks. I would rather spend more time to get things to fit, than spend time blocking filler.

  16. I don't own A box but if I did thats how I would do it. Great work.

Thanks. I am not a fan of the heavy chops, with the roof looking like a ski jump. I knew for sure that was not going to happen to this car. The owner said just do what looks good. He is more than happy with the result.

I really like this chop. I'm also not a fan of the angle chops that seem to be popular. Subscribing to this thread to see further progress.

PS, Do you have any pics of the car in full profile after chop.

I don't have any good ones. When it is finished I'll put it outside and get some good ones.

It is a straight 4 in following the a pillar, and a vertical 4 in at the c pillar. It gives it a nice slope, but not real crazy.

What did you brace the body with? It looks like conduit. If it is, how is it holding up? And the chop looks great.
