Even with the added ventilation those pieces should be good trading material.

There is/was a young couple in the PNW who showed up at the Unfinished Nationals a few years ago with far less and actually carried the various panels through the awards ceremony to accept the "you are going to do what?" award. A couple of years later they drove it back to the event.

Can't remeber the name of the town, but it is just east of Aberdean, WA. Fun time, too!

Well ..... I just got off of the phone with the land owner. I got the story about how his Granddad used the car on that same farm. After "something happened" to the car, he couldn't remember what that something was, Granddad parked it by the lake bottom and let the Grandkids use it as a duck blind. It has been sitting in that same spot for about 30 years or so !! Anyway .... a deal was made, and as soon as I can make time, I am gonna go get it !!!!! I would try it tonight, but the young 'un has homework to finish, and then Kid's Inc. basketball practice. If he gets all of that done, then we may still attempt getting it tonight !!!! I did get the law laid to me from the young 'un this morning when I mentioned something about maybe going to get it this afternoon with out him !!!!!!!!! I WILL update with more pics when we go to get it !!!!!!!

NICE! Am I nuts in thinking that if you got yourself a frame that it just might not be as terrible a build as it looks?

I mean, imagine the before and after pics you could have.......
