HAMBER WITH A CAMMER?!?
A WILLYS, no less.
I'll make an exception.
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. And you are doing it right.
I'll ride along. Always had a soft spot for a Willys.
Tell her you want a pair of SOHC's for xmas [don't we all!]
Far be it from me to tell a guy what to do with his car, sure hoping you don't polish those Hals, by the way what front wheels are you using?
Nope, Gibbs oil, on the rears, and I have a NOS set of 15x4, for the front. Not the Small window, though.
F#cking WOW !!
Everything is right with the world then!
Tell her you can either have one wife and more cars, or...... (a helmet may be required at this point in the conversation)
A suggestion from someone has has dealt with mag Hals...... spray the INSIDE of the wheels with Gibbs as well. The porosity of magnesium means a lot of the corrosion comes from the inside out.
What a great start to a killer project.
What a score! The holy grail ….
A Few Pics, of the Thunder Roads Chassis.... Outstanding work!
Would that be Tom Brown?
In case you didn't know, Tom Brown was Lee Beards partner in the B&B specials. 1st a top fuel car that became the Renck and Knukols car and then bought one of Jerry Ruths funnies.
I didn't know that. Thank You. I have spoken, to Tom, and I hope he can get up, my way, to see the car. I rescued it from a Pro Street build.....
Getting Cold and Crappy, in CO, Time to start Mocking up...
