has sidemounts similar to mid 1950's Chevy
throwout bearing setup is similar to Ford flathead

 

1955 and 1956 Dodge medium duty (i.e. big) truck.

Fits early hemi and poly engines.

Not very valuable as it is designed for the monster flywheel, and will not work with the smaller 146 tooth automotive flywheels...
