then i had woodies glass out of carthage mo come out to the shop and install the windshield and rear glass.

no love for the cragars, jeez. i feel like an intervention was going on behind my back.
seriously though, they where only temp, until i got farther along with the project. i got these from true spoke.

so far they are great. balanced up nicely and looked true on the balance spinning.

the reason i went with 14's again, is because the suspension and chassis is set up for that size tire to lay down, with a 15" i was too limited on tire chooses.

Just when I thought this truck couldn't get any cooler, BAM! - Supremes!!!
I just love the outcome of this Uni. I wouldn't change a thing if it was mine.

Look forward to the paint thread. I want to lay down some patterns on my 54 Plymouth, and I'm intrigued as to how you did the paisley design.

    thank you.
i have been slowly working on putting down the step by step stuff. keep an eye peeled. ill post a link here when its done

i'm actually running a mustang cruise o matic 3 speed auto. its a early version of what later was called a c4.

i think the aod, is like any other overdrive, if you don't set them up right, they will not last.

if i where to do this build all over again, id most definitely put a t5 in it.
    what engine are you running?

    you know you want to!

Looks great. Funny how that pinstripe on the side changed it too, makes the whole truck look longer. really came out as a great truck

got the gauge cluster painted and cleaned up. it was the cast color of the old wheels, so it had to go.
