Still have a TON of tweaking to do to get it all synced together. I wound up using a radiator I picked up a while back with a batch of parts and had to modify the mount brackets. I basically inverted them. I got so excited when it came together in my head, I only got the one pic of the radiator while I was modifying it. Cheapie radiator dimensions are WAY off and it would’ve been more work....I still have some brackets to make, lower the grill some, slot the radiator mount bracket holes some, secure the side pieces and put some compression on them for some rigitity and a bunch of other things. This radiator HAS been pressure tested and repaired by a reputable radiator shop, so it should be good to go!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a shot after I welded the shock bolts to the lower "V" portion. I radiused the backside and welded them to the axle tubes....

Gonna have to! This is not the radiator I was gonna use, but circumstances have dictated it's commission into service.....:D After the modifications needed came into focus and were applied....I kinda like it! I did polish it at one point, but it sat for a while....it comes up awesome when polished!

I wish I was that close. There’s still a ton of small tedious stuff that needs to be done. Only minor fabrication left once the radiator is done, so I’m fairly sure I’m done playing dominoes! Thanks for all your support Bro!

Headlamps done and ready for final assembly! Finally painted my grill shell and headlamp bracket assembly....Geez... the amount of time and labor that went into just the headlamps and bracket assembly.....no wonder I’m tired when I get home! Happy Father’s Day weekend all you dads...enjoy your weekend!

They were no fun polishing! They were really ratty chrome, then I saw the nature of cracks in one of them and knew they were brass underneath that ratty chrome.....blasted off the chrome, soldered up the cracks and started polishing on the rouge wheel....
I’m gonna make a polished brass waterfall for my ‘36 dash to match....with a clock in the center....

Carbs mounted permanently, I installed the 12deg throttle plates in the secondaries and longer shafts....everything still needs to be adjusted and tweaked....the alternator was a gift from my boss, so I’m using it. Headlamps mounted for the final time....its time to start the wiring and plumbing the fuel system....thank for checkin’ in fellas!

After you wire it and what not, a short video of it running would be greatly appreciated. Exciting times. Keep going. Thanks, ty
