Ive always loved these cars, but Ive never seen one in person. No idea if you can get one as maybe a "kit car" ? Personally Id rather have one of these than a kit Cobra.

 

There is a company that makes a replica but it's a convertible not a coupe like originals, I always felt if you own something that fast I want a roof over my head.i was wrong cheetah evolution does make a coupe as shell valley . 50k for roller !

This one was built from a kit but I don't know the source.

 

I've sat in it they are cozy and the pumpkin for the rearend is next to your right elbow.

 

If you look above the roof it's from Cheetah Evolution Those are totally badass!

I got to see Cheetah #1 up close. It's owned by Duncan Pittaway in England. It's the one shown in the video at Goodwood. It could've been a world beater, but it just didn't have enough time to be developed and refined. The rear suspension and injection systems needed some more work. Amazing idea, though.

 

They are badass!!

 

On YouTube he seems like a really cool guy to talk too and he's out there whipping on a 750 to million $ car !

 

He's the real thing. A genuine car guy that readily shares his hobby. He's got a Bugatti 35 too!
