In Tulsa, HD Theater (HDTHR) is on Cox Cable channel 740. The show airs at 8pm Tulsa time...about 45 minutes from now.
It says there are 2 shows back-to-back...30 minutes each.

It's the same channel that Chasing Classic Cars is on.

HD Theater is owned by Discovery Channel. It is kind of like Speed Channel used to be before it turned into the Nascar Channel. In SE Virginia it is on channel 744 airing at 9PM Eastern. HD Theater is only available as a High Def Channel.

Thanks. Recording on the DVR now.

  14. Thanks, watching it now and storing it on DVR. Trying to assemble a library of cool stuff to watch when everything else on tv sucks. Which is often, (e.g. Pawn stars).

Just watched the first 2 episodes. I think it should be required reading to belong to the board. The pictures and movies shown in the 2 episode were spectacular.

    Hey guys,

Just found this website recently and I have just been trying to absorb some knowledge but I found something maybe I could help with.

Here is the HD Theater Website showing when the show is being aired:

    http://dhd.discovery.com/tv-schedules/series.html?paid=66.16725.130015.39813.x

They don't have it out on DVD yet because only the first two episodes have aired but I am sure they will and I will be buying it.

The program is great!!! The 1st 2 episodes replay tomorrow afternoon at 4pm central. Can't wait to see what future episodes have to offer. I love Foose, but he needs to loosen up a bit on the set :)

Thanks for the heads up, going on the DVR in a hour!

BTW guys, I watch this channel constantly on the my old 27" tv. No need for HD, just the name of the channel.

    Sweet. To be recorded.

HD theater also has a show called "Cafe Racer", which is pretty cool for the old bike guys.

They also run the Isle of Man races on that channel too. Maybe a couple of months late, but good coverage.

Watched it. It was great to see the old "lakes" footage and early street racing. Interviews with Alex Xydias, Phil Remington and Stu Hilborn were the high lights for me. Chip did a good job narrating. Looking forward to future shows.
