Years ago there was a picture of an Altered doing a burnout...in that picture the front wheels were in the air (they always were) and you could see a complete rotating assembly (crank and rods) coming out from under the car....does anyone have a copy of that picture.........thanks, Donnie

  2. Sounds like the CT Strokers Fiat Altered photo.... I have a small one, I grabbed it off this fine site... try searching something like "CT Strokers Fiat" and you'll probably find it.

Edit: I found mine- there were actually TWO photos....

  5. The amazing thing to me is, I have always loved that photo by Jere Alhadeff, and then, when I worked for Hot VWs magazine, our front office lady, Linda Dunsworth, was Jere's
" live - in lady friend"... never got me any cool photos, but I kinda felt I had a brush with greatness...
Yeah, I knew it was the Magic Muffler Fiat, I dunno why I insist on calling it the "C/T Stroker" car...
