Looking great so far!
Thanks for the boner.
Mazoomer is the best! Thanks for the Landy blast from the past...
Talk about a rush! Could you imagine driving that!
One of my favorites.
Priceless!!! Thanks Guys!!!
Trivia question: So who was the FIRST to take a then-modern car and modify the wheelbase? It started the whole "Funny (looking) Car" phenomenon!
Landy is credited by some... I'd love to hear of the other pioneers.
Does anyone know if this Charger and the other Skywolf posted are 'glass or steel bodies?
I respectfully disagree. That is indeed an altered wheelbase car, just not an A/FX or funnycar like the rest. The rear axel looks to have been moved quite a bit on Lil Screamer.
what ever became of lil screamer ...it was getting restored , but never heard any more of it.... cool shot of the stardust charger in front of lil johns rb shop...any more info on the current status of the tiger II chevelle...still in indiana ?
The PHANTOM car sure looks 'glass although Schumachers car has a better finish. Upon closer inspection you are right. Thanks.
Here is a couple shots of my friend Todd's Rambler gasser.
He didn't build it but has plans for an AMC V8.
Those Ramblers are sweeeet! But this is coming from a guy that actually worked at an AMC dealer...then Jeep ever since.
