That is just sad. I would be kicking myself for an eternity...
Its a roller 302, GT40 heads, nice camshaft and a 5 speed. Its a lot of fun!
It's tough for me to decide if I like this wagon style or the Buick Invicta wagon style more.
Here is a buick a friend of mine had a few years ago
Bitchin!!! Love this body style
Our '56 as it was in 2002, in 2008, and now.
Like that, yep. I still remember my folks getting a brand new Invicta coupe or sedan. White outside and red inside. I was too young to know what I was riding in, but old enough to know I liked riding in it. Except in the summer when I wore shorts
More of mine
I had a beige over Sandwood Tan Impala with a 327... Loved that car!
I'm aspiring to get mine as low as Austinrods wagon
This showed up in my driveway today
Not sure what the final plan is yet (the truck in my avatar might get sold which will influence my options) but it'll most likely be a pretty mild custom that I plan to run as a daily/shop vehicle.
Some great inspiration in this thread!
I continue to "undorkify" mine: Cast center wheels, more rubber rake, repainted the blacked out window posts back to turquoise. Next is to remove the limo tint....
That's NICE!! Are those 15" or 14" wheels? ^^^^^^^
I HATE LIMO TINT on classics and hot rods, how farking ridiculous...that and 17" and bigger wheels, big ass wheels and tiny tires belong on late model cars...unless theyre OG Henry wires.
That is all.
Austin that is one bad looking ride. love it
Those are 15's. 6" and 8". Thanks.
OMG This is AMAZING! How many hours went into that paint job?
Just decided to sell this 1, check it out in the classifieds
Here`s mine in the for sale section
Nice starting point ya got there. looks solid
Here's a pic of mine, was @ the GNRS this past Jan. It was nicely lit in there, Ck out the driver. .
Gotta Love Wagons!!!
Looking for underneath sheet metal
Beautiful wagon and the wheels are perfect! HRP
Another great looking car. HRP
Found this on the recent WCK post by Sedanman62 ( Rudy M)
Here's my '55 Ford Ranchwagon. I bought this in June of 2012 and it was driven from Alburquerque, NM to Gilbert, AZ then picked up and followed me to Los Angeles, CA......and so far the LONGBOARDS go inside!
blacktop, that could be a cousin to my 53. same color (red and white), wheels and tires.. yours is nicer than mine. Damn good looking ride
Wouldn't mind seeing some pics of yours (dig the '53's). My wagon came as is except the wheels and tires were changed to my tastes and reattached the long stainless trim. I got some more customizing ideas in my mind just not in the wallet right now.
