Hot Rods All Deuce Run 2017

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by HOTRODPRIMER, Jun 9, 2017.

  1. It's funny Bob,At the first gas stop a young lady ask me what kind of old car was I driving and I told her it a 1932 Ford fordor and she ask me what was the car in front of me and I replied a 1932 Ford 5 window coupe, then she ask me about the green car,a 1932 Ford roadster and then I ask her if she saw a pattern and she said no,I explained all these cars are 1932 Fords and we get together ever year for a nice Saturday ride through the mountains.

That's when she said something profound,"They all look different!",and I said "Yeah they do,that's what makes them all unique! ":D HRP

"There's all them damn jalopies again." As Danny discovered, 90% of the people on the road dont have a clue what they are seeing.

Dan, Bill, Henry and all those that put on the Deuce run, a big thank you for hosting the run. Greg and I had a great time meeting everyone and being part of the 32 cruise! We got back home to WV about 11 PM. We'll be back ! Bud F.

Had a really great time, even with Dave L. problem. Many many thumbs up along the way and during the parade. Seems the locals like the old cars. On the way home, I think I got every bug in WV. on my windshield.

What's the last thing to go through a bug's mind when he hits your windshield?

Drove my little yeller coupe up from Fl. by way of Pa. Expecting to met up with a bunch of nice people and see a bunch of nice cars and that's exactly what happened. Beautiful mountain scenery and great weather. Highly recommend it. We will be back.
