found me a new drop axle for the model A ....

 

Drill some holes to lighten it!!

 

Looks cool! If you ran small enough front tires you could make a little extra cash plowing side roads for the county.

that must be one of those "heavy 32" axles everyone keeps talking about.

That's a later axle, a little too wide to look right in an A. Get the guy who did the dropping to warm it up again and tie a Knot in the middle...that'll get the width about right.

 

Maybe Sid could shrink it?
