Are there any big advantages to using 1/2" valves and lines over 3/8"?
It seems that the bigger stuff cost more. I have bags that have 1/2" fittings.

the only advantage is the time it takes the vehicle to raise and lower 3/8 valves and lines work just fine. i prefer those over 1/4 inch stuff for sure , the line is muh better. the 1/2 ports in your airbags can be reduced down to 3/8.

the big advantage is speed......how fast you want the the bags to fill and drain.....i have them on 1 of my cars and they are actually too fast.....save the money and get the 3/8s......

I used 1/2 for the front iwth the heavy engine. 3/8 for the other 6. All 8 were 3/8 but the front came up REAL slow. Fixed that problem.

I have 1/2in valves and 1/2in line on my chevy s10. Im running one viar 450 compressor with a 5gal. tank. My bag setup is fast. I can go from fully dumped to fully inflated in the rear and the back tires will jump an inch off the ground. Since you already have the bags I would just use them. Since the 1/2in bag setup does use up alot of the air, I would recommend running two compressors to cut down on fill time.

After reading Dirty Dans install on his 64 Rivi I am going to use shockwaves on the front. This is either going on my 65 GranSport Rivi or my 66 GS Rivi. Both have 425 Nailheads
